By using Sprout ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

You must use Sprout in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for whom you invite to access child timelines. Do not share your account credentials with others; use the built-in sharing and roles instead.

You retain ownership of your data. Our use of it is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data or child data to third parties.

Availability and changes

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features or these terms with notice where appropriate; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for other operational reasons, with notice where feasible.
