Set up your first child timeline
Sprout is built around a single timeline per child. Here's how to get started in under 5 minutes.
Create your account
Download Sprout and sign up with your email address, Apple ID, or Google account. You only need one account — Sprout links everything to your profile.
Add a child profile
Tap the + button on the home screen to create a profile for your child. You'll enter a name and date of birth. A photo is optional but helps caregivers recognise the profile at a glance.
Log your first event
From the child's home screen, tap any quick action tile — Bottle, Sleep, Diaper, and so on. Fill in the details and tap Save. The event appears instantly in the shared timeline.
Invite a caregiver
Open the child's settings and tap Invite caregiver. Share the invite link with a co-parent, nanny, or daycare staff member. Once they accept, they'll see the same timeline and can log events too.
